IXUXFNIBFR 1031 13 PALMER 31 WELLS-0 Traveling to Palmer for theur first out of town game of the season the Crimson and Gray lerseyed men of Wells suffered a 3I to O defeat Scoring early un the first guarter on a pass Marynesku to Brosku the Palmer eleven never was un danger Operating for the first time from a single wungback formation the Wells offensive machine only started rolling un the closing minutes of the last quarter A series of passes thrown bv halfbacks Ed Lofgren and Frank Krysuak brought the ball down to the Palmer seven yard marker Another pass was completed over the goal line only to have the ball brought back due to a Wellsmfun s being offsude Southbrudge then lost the ball on downs and Palmer punted out of danger The game ende I a few seconds later DeAngelus played well for Wells Marynesku and Mulcakey were the bug guns for Palmer GIRLS FIELD HOCKEY The gurls hockey team has played two of its four games scheduled The gurls lost to Shrewsbury I O and held North G
