There is no need for care to be exercised in the use of matches, as any attempt to use them for setting ire to the college build- ings will be promptly met by the Bucket Brigade. The use of firearms however, is deprecated by the Dean. Large waste baskets are provided on every Hoor and rubbish of all kinds such as class presidents, toast mistresses etc., may be deposited in them.
