Supa ' IAJM Another school year is here and gone. 1952-53 means very little to many of the students of Union High School. To others, it means the realization of a step towarda greater future. Our seniors, who are sponsoring and developing this annual, know that a great step has been made. To some of them, it is time to begin a 'new phase of living To others, it will be a continuation of school life. To lower grades it means a chance to enjoy a summer recess. To all, students, teachers, patrons and friends, this is a time to stop and think. What a great heart of thankfulness we should have for the many great and good things we have had during this year! Maybe not crops, nor money, but families, friends, church and especially our new school, both in fact and in spirit. We are proud to live as thousand of other Americans live. We are proud of our opportunity to help a little in our own way. My life would have not been as enjoyable had I not known the boys and girls of Union High School and Grade School. I shall never lose sight of the great opportunities of our position as teachers. May all students never lose sight of their great position in homes, school and churches, Striving at all times to be honest, trustworthy, God -loving and above all faithful to all our trusts and gifts from God. Superintendent, M. G. Gary 2
