They sponsored the annual Dad's Night at a football game sold student movie tickets, and helped relieve the traffic situa- tion by issuing parking tickets and charting the parking lot. They planned a talent assembly for the school. Federation ran a free hat check stand a l the basketball cession stand at one game. They planned two of the year's big social events: the Football Party and OSOM QOpen Season On Male sl which was climaxed by a Barn- yard Stomp. Phyllis Anderson, , Kayette President I X 11- 177 Senior Kayettes completed a busy year of activities and were one of seven Kansas clubs given the 8000 point award by the state office. Regular meetings were held on alternate Wednesdays and outside pro- jects included sending CARE packages, taking part in the Meals for Millions project, sending hose to Japan and making Layettes from Kayettes. They conducted their yearly Book Sale, re- decorated their Retreat and adopted a needy family at Christmas. Social events included a Member- ship Picnic, a Father-Daughter Ban- quet, Life With Fatherl' for the seniors, a Christmas Caroling Party, joint spons- orship of the Kayette-Hi-Y Formal and the annual Mother-Daughter Banquet.
