Besides these basic skills such things as vocabulary building, spelling, mathematics, and salesmanship are stressed. However, the Commerce Department is geared to supply the needs of both the future truck farmer, who must keep neat records of his crops and income, and the smoothly efficient secretary to a busy executive. The popularity of this department is evidenced by the fact that three-fifths of the eligible students elected it this year. i laicqr lOl ION! lilcnno ICS Harold Stafford 7' This page sponsored by FIRST NAI IONAL, BANK What' Sligirpcuiitg .1 pencil during dictatinttl .gn 7!NafAemafic5 we In rnathematics and general niathernatics the principles of addition, sub- traction, nfiultiplication, and division are stressed while in algebraabasises for all higher inathematics is presented.
