Physical Education Peter Loiter Michael Mastro Physical Education is a mandatory course but the varie¬ ty and flexibility of the programs available make it both in¬ teresting and a learning experience. Students may chose from team sports, which includes sports such as soccer, softball, and the ultimate, frisbee, or they may chose a more individual related activity such as tennis or weight lifting. Adventure is also available, this course tests your body and mind as well as instilling “survival instincts.” To this list of courses such as the one-on-one program are also available through Physical Education. In this pro¬ gram, students with obesity problems and physical han¬ dicaps can obtain the extra attention they require. Mr. Loiter during a reflective moment.
