What are our ambitions in the near future? The an¬ swer i s simple— either augmenting our formal educa¬ tion, or being employed by a privately owned company or by the armed forces. It is easy for us to answer a question pertaining to the next four years, but what will we do with our lives over the next ten or even twenty years? This question is an ominous one, but why should it arouse such a feeling of uncertainty within us? We should feel confident in the solid foundation of learning and experience which we have acquired over the last few years. Our formal education has widened and ex¬ tended our intellectual horizons. Our view point has broadened. Our activities have prepared us for the con¬ tact with people which we will have throughout our life. Our extra-curricular program has taught us the need for teamwork—that vital quality which we must have to live in peaceful coexistence with our neighbors. Our participation in school life has given us the best education possible—that of experience. We are constantly forging our personalities, learning to increase our strengths and discipline our weaknesses, setting more mature standards. Today we are classed as adolescents; in four years we will be old enough to vote—in four years we will be called adults. What heights will we attain in the next twenty years? We will become worthy replacements of those who maintain responsible positions in adult life. We will be tomorrow’s hope. Contents Administration . . . Seniors. Undergraduates Activities . . Sports.
