Go back for a moment on a fanciful flight to your high school years. Fond memories will be recalled: classes, teachers, friends, and parties. We have attempted to recapture this period of your life and link it to ours, finding a common background in the desire for knowledge and the natural exuberance of youth. One of the strongest links in this bridge of time is our seldom ex¬ pressed appreciation for our homes, your faith in us, and your untiring efforts in molding characters of sub¬ stance and value. PRINCIPAL’S MESSAGE The time has come for you, the Class of 1955, to say good bye to your high school days. That they have been days of sound prepara¬ tion for successful living is the fondest hope of your parents and teachers. Their true measure cannot be taken in a day, a week, a month, or even a year. But through the years ahead their measure will be truly gauged as you find success and happiness in your life’s work, continued growth in those char¬ acteristics which are the mark of the well-rounded individual, and a genuine appreciation of those quali¬ ties which make life worthwhile.
