Secretary Rollie Allen reads the final chapter from his book entitled What We Did in Council. After these regular preliminaries the Council hears the reports of all the activities during the year, the wonderful Sophomore Reception and Football Dance, the hilarious Gay Nineties Scrapbook, and all the others which bring back memories of the busy days.
