Mami Displaying its customary pep, the band has been one of the main factors in arousing school spirit. This organization has participated in many school and town activities. Accompanied always by the delightful twirling corps, and under the leadership of its capable director, Mr. Leach, the band has stirred its audiences at the Memorial and Armistice Day parades, the football games and rallies, and at its major performance of the year, the Band Concert. From the beginning of the year, it was evident that the band needed new uniforms; consequently the Band Concert was arranged to provide a fund for this purpose. Many weeks of planning and rehearsing went into the program. Because of this arduous prepara¬ tion, it was a great success, as all will agree. Fourth Row: P. Popko, C. Lloyd, A. Anderson, S.
