They’ll call my name in a few minutes, and I’ll walk up to receive my diploma . . . where do I go from here? I’ve always had the security of the school routine and it’s activities, surrounded by the friends I was so familiar with. Now we’ll all be going in different directions, and I wonder how long it will be before the memories that meant so much start to fade. After twelve years of this you would think I would be ready to move on, but I feel like I’m leav- ing a part of me behind. Maybe that’s good though, because I really have changed in the years that I’ve been here. Well, pretty soon they’ll get to my name. Then I’ll be up there, and it’ll all be over. In a way, I guess every- thing’s really just beginning. 27 SENIOR HIGH SALUTATORI AN BRENDA COOK WILLIAMS VALEDICTORIAN DEBBIE COOPER UNDERCLASSMEN 29 JUNIORS David Anthony Gussie Buckley Doyle Burden Phillip Burden Susan Case Diana Cline Betty Coble Kelly Coble Netty Coble Angie Collins Victor Combs Rusty Crawford Herbert Duggar Johnny Ellis Jackie Forshee Kenneth Garrett Greg Golden Tammy Ingersoll Lynn Johnson Pam Long Cindy Martin Susan Martin Renee Micco Roy Moore Maureen Morris 30 Dawn Pharoah Kim Poindexter Chris Pike Martha Proctor Micheal Proctor James Puckett Lesa Reynolds Regina Riddle Robin Roberts Mike Smith Steve Street Monty VanMeter Micheal Wasson Debbie White Kelly White Debbie Winn Sean Wilson Robert Winston Denise Wood JUNIORS Vanessa Norton Jack Pangle Jim Pangle Micheal Patton Darlene Pennington OPHOMORES Dianna Beaulieu Micheal Beavers Shelly Benn Laurie Bowen Steve Bray Belinda Buckley Cindy Burden Tom Carroll Johnnie Case James Chaffin Viola Clark Eddie Crawford Brett Crawley Deena Crawley Kent Crawley Robin Earls Jonna Foster Diane Fraser Rhonda Green Rick Grimes Terri Kinslow Andrea Lowe Monique Mann Mark Martin Wayne Micco SOPHOMORE: Marvin Morris Victor Morris Joseph McLellan Herbert Pangle Ricky Pigeon Stephanie Pigeon David Posey Sheila Puckett Wesley Randall Kevin Reddick Tim Reddick Rodney Richardson Edie Riddle Rosie Roberts Patty Scott Jean Ann Shurley Dennis Stuckey Norma Taryole Darren Thomas Diane Thompson Keith Tiger Jay Wade Neal Walker Charles West Joetta White Billy Whitson Tim Williams Terry Williamson DankZackery Not Pictured Parnosky Deere FRESHMEN Burnell Alexander Stephanie Beavers Ellen Behn Adrian Birdcreek Marty Birdcreek Eddie Boling Sunni Bolt Ramelle Boyd Cathy Clark Jerry Cooper Kevin Crawley Lola Creech Nova Deere Barbara Dugger Pam Fish Michael Katcher Robert Kramer Betty Long Dale Lucas Gayle Lucas Cheri Maddox Miles Mann Valarie Norton Patty Pangle Ruben Proctor 34 FRESHMEN Shelly Puckett Deresa Reynolds Randy Roberts Brian Street David Swanson Woody Tsosie Daniel West Sharon Williamson Daniel Witham Darrell Wood JUNIOR HIGH VALEDICTORIANS AND SALUTATORIAN Ellen Behn Salutatorian, Brian Street, Valedictorian, Sunni Bolt, Valedictorian, and Ramelle Boyd, Valedictorian. Because of her teaching and guidance our school years were made more enjoyable. We learned more than social studies and history from her; we learned respect for ourselves and others. The lessons we learned from her will not quickly be forgotten. She has been a won- derful teacher and inspiration. For this rea- son we dedicate this annual to her. 1978-79 Outlaw Staff MOST POPULAR Mike Smith Sherry Roberts Chuck Kerr BEST LOOKING Donna Adkins Mike Proctor MOST TALENTED Tammy Ingersoll Victor Combs Tammie Brown Mike Zackery BEST DRESSED FHA BEAU FFA SWEETHEART Charles Scott Donna Adkins ANNUAL KING AND QUEEN Sherry Roberts Charles Scott CLASS KINGS AND QUEENS 73 1978-79 FOOTBALL QUEEN Tammie Brown Escort Mark Edwards CROWN BEARER — Richard Newman FLOWER GIRL — Rebecca Briggs On October 20, 1978 before Weleetka's battle with Konowa, Tammie Brown was crowned Football queen at the Homecom- ing game by escort Mark Edwards.
