superintendent’s message The publication of this 1971 Outlaw highlights the completion of a number of other undertakings of even more profound and far reaching significance. Perhaps, for the seniors, the most reward- ing achievement this year (a culmination of many years of effort) is graduation and receiving the high school diploma. This attainment, like most worthwhile goals, required much time, effort, and preparation. I congratulate you on your achieve- ments to this point in time, and know that your training and ex- perience in these endeavors will be beneficial in promoting your goals in future years. I commend to you the pursuit of your most worthy ambitions and the knowl- edge that the heights are not easily attained. This knowledge will dissuade some from realizing the fullness of their potential, while for others it will be the force that impels them far be- yond the common dream. Sincerely, s Lewis B. Kennedy Superintendent
