It must take a great amount of visionto start from scratch and come up with a finished dream like this Outlaw. To the Seniors, I would say that yours is an enviable segment of the total time. There is so much being done and so much to do! There are so many new frontiers being opened that were unheard of justa generation ago. New knowledge and new opportunities abound. Your graduation is the least of the continuously mounting rewards which will accrue to you through determination and perseverance. We commend you for past accomplishments. We urge that you continuously strive toward the attainment of your goals.
