1 congratulate you of the yearbook staff and the class of '69 on our twenty-third annual! Your example in- spires anew in us the hope that all peoples must have for their country’s future well being. We have learned much together and will continue to formulate philosophies which will guide our destinies throughout the years. If All are created equal” then we must deduce that what happens after our creation makes the real dif- ference! Our actions, what we do to others, what we do with ourselves is largely an individual matter and our own responsibility. We must see each individual as being responsible for his own deeds. Democracy demands freedom of action. It also demands responsibility for action. Without one we cannot have the other. We cannot shift the burden of responsibility for our deeds to the back of anonymous society! There is a happening” taking place continuously within each of us.
