dfass ggzofzfiacy Z There comes a time in our lives when we must stop to think of the future. Future, that's something we look forward to, but when we look around and see our kids are needing a new pair of shoes and bills staring us in the face, we wish we were back in school again. But let's try to tear ourselves away from school-it's quite a strain I know-but let's try, and take a gander into the future. I can see it now: Speedster Huitt Koontz is winning tme all over the United States in stock-car racing. He is fortunate to have a heavy footg he drags the curves so much nicer. On the brighter side of life we find Mrs. Sue Koontz tending to her twins, While Keith tries to make both ends meet digging ditches. Pat Everhart has made a name for herself singing at Ciro's in Frisco. Louise Beck is the number one cig- arette girl at the Stork Club, but her ambition is to warble with a top-flight band. Looking down the Mississippi we find Ralph Essick singing Dry Bones at a jive-hive on Basin Street in New Orleans, backed up by a combo that just won't quit. Peggy Iordan has won world wide acclaim for her oil paintings. Her favorite model is Nancy Weaver, who finds it ha rd to stand still. Peggy does let her rest though, after all, who wants to be a stiff all his life. Paul Lanier has retired on a ranch in El Paso after trading livestock for ten years. CHe didn't learn that in school.j Mildred Sink is proud of her job as French instructor at Harvard. Betty Koontz has excluded herself from society and is writing poetry in the backwoods of scenic Tennessee. Don Foust's height got him on the House of David's basketball team. fHe finds it hard grow- ing a beard.j Nell Sink is happily married to a multi-millionaire, residing in Tulsa, with a backyard decked out with oil wells. Ruth Coppley and Ioetta Tussey weren't so fortunate, at the present they are living in a four-room Hat on the south side of Chicago. State Patrolman Noel Leatherman is keeping a keen eye on speedstersg heis already worn out four sirens. Iohnsie Gobble has her own radio program, People Are Nutty . When the fans don't laugh Iackie Everhart and Carol lean Foster fill in with giggles. This keeps them very busy. Reid Black has done well for himself. He has the lumber business tied up in the Pied- mont section. Carolyn Leonard and Dorothy Walker find it nice lying around on beaches. What do they do when winter comes? Ever hear of Iamacia? Very few people reach the position Ioel Leonard has attained. He draws a nice income as head astronomi 't at Mt. Wilson. Melba Faulk wishes now she were single. All those kids, not to mention washing the dishes. Oh well, we all make mistakes. Gene Hill is factory manager for General Motors in Detroit, he ke ons a close eye on the Dodge production line. Bernice Hege has scttled down in a secluded patch of woods below lakesville. Iimmy Latham and his charming wife, Florence, find it comfy living in Sun Valley, Idaho. They just love to ski. I must stop for now. Here comes the warden - time for my daily walk - these padded cells are so stuffy. Iimmy Ring Prophet . age s- D N. xlg R01 QI ,Cb is fa
