W If I F-3 Ifll ll H111 ophomore Class SINCE the Sophomore Class has graduated from the lowly name of Frosh,' and has become the much wiser and brighter Sophomore it has become quite the up and coming class. Not that they were any- thing but up and coming as Freshmen. Oh, my, no! The upper class- men saw to that. But under the direction of Mr. Lieb, the adviser, they have shown the other students what they can do. The officers for this year were Homer Ross, President, Harry Lindsay, Vice President, and Howard Albee, Secretary-Treasurer. At their first meeting they established the class dues and after the debts were paid they still had money left in the treasury. They decided that the class flower should be a violet, and the colors should be orchid and green. They gave a very successful party for the high school in October. For enter tarnment they Ind a few novel dances besides ballroom dancing Altogether, the Sophomores haue had a very successful year and thes grse most of the credit to Mi Lreb, who proved to be .1 very good adviser lt Shirt ll lllllllll R Rm l si om s HIID Ull I-lui 1 l N H i lr Illot hulls l I ilu ll ll X llllls lo lst Bom llll0lll Nh 91 lu h 110 VIII lil 0 4 Q 'll 1 tl on UNI i um llllls 1 tllllll 1 r 1 'HID I 1 Ill 1 on l son lu l Dlll 1 ot lltl L I lu l l ul 1 l :mn Xlulel Page Nineteen fzf ff f we Xliff f f f N fy fy 1 V! f W0 ff ff ff X if X ff ff!
