3 X l This ivy covered exterior was a familiar sight to students as they returned to Weir High in September . . . afzcmfm! All Hail, All Hail, Hail to Weir. These words echo the love and loyalty Weir High students feel for this, our high school, We carry with pride the distinction of being students in a school where mutual respect and un- derstanding for each other is an un- written, unspoken law. As we entered Weir High for the first time, the spirit of our Alma Ma- ter enveloped us and became a part of us. We became more familiar with the routine of the school as time passed, and realized that every phase of our high school life is an essential component to the preservation of this spirit. Without each its effect would be destroyed. During our role as freshmen, the spirit was a symbol of hope. As soph- omores, this constant companion pre- sented itself in the form of activities and classes. It met us at the begin- ning of our junior year ready to guide us through a whirl of events. Now, as seniors, we direct this spirit to turn the pages and convey to you our gratitude to the teachers and stu- dents of Weir High School for their contribution toward giving our lives a more meangingful purpose.
