uperintendent To my students and friends, Another milestone has been passed. We have done our l6 tons and what do we have? Have we just collected our wages and merely existed or have we contributed something to the service of our fellows? Common laborers can tear down a building in a very short time but it takes more than labor, as well as continuous hours of work, to erect new ones . Aren't we all engaged in a task of building castles? How well we build will deter- mine the beauty and usefulness of the building. So at this time of re-check- ing our past year let us note our progress as well as our errors and continue to build our castle so that in time we shall have a beautiful structure, one which we shall be proud to own. I wish for all of you the best of success . Your Superintendent, Paul M. Maxwell
