Highlights in the Weir season were the Wildcats 51-24 victory over a potent Columbus team and a 25-22 victory over Arcadia in the finals of the Regional Tournament. This victory over Arcadia gave Weir the right to enter the State Tournament at Eureka. Although the Wildcats were defeated in the first rou d of this tourney, they made a fine showing but went down to de- feat 50-29 in an over time game. Prospects for next season are bright as six lettermen will returns The following boys will be lost by graduation: Cote, Schuberger, Donahoe, and Har man.
