William Butler Yeats In dreams begins responsibility. Dear Class of 1986: Somewhere along the line I'm supposed to take time to write. I must tell you that trips to Dunkin Donuts every night are not my idea of a good time. But it seems you are. I've truly enjoyed the time I've spent with you, whether in fund raising, or at lunch, or just in my office. You will be missed. It is not easy to think about saying good bye, now'. You have grown intellectually, emotionally and socially since we first met. It has been your class for whom I've felt the most responsibility. Tor me, you've been the living vision I've had for this school. My dreams for your successes are grounded in my sense of responsibility and commitment to my profession and to your potential. I hope you have dreamed with me. I wish you the very best. I encourage you to keep your dreams — and mine — alive.
