Clarfield, Steven Paul Steve, planning on college in the immediate future, is an experienced musician who has worked as a pianist in the Catskills. Interested in sports, he's been on the cross country team (four years) and the J.V. baseball team (two years). Steve enjoys eating steak and listening to jazz. especially Quincy Jones and Bill Evans. Clark, Robert Laurence Confused Bob will be wearing Navy Blue in September. Although not interested in medicine, he has worked as a tree surgeon. Sports and eating Chinese or Italian foods keep Bob busy after school. Robert is fond of animals, especially dogs. Clarke. Arthur L. This college-bound engineering major’s outside interests include all sports. Italian food and girls. During his sophomore year, he was on the track team, and also chairman of his World History and gym classes. Skip is a regular at the Park Theater and the Saturday-night card game. Cohen, Beverly R. Pixyish Bcv plans to attend business college in the fall. During past summers, she has had jobs as a typist and a receptionist. She enjoys driving, bowling, Nina Simone, and Frank Sinatra. She also plans a fruitful marriage and a family. Cohen, Lynda Joy Sentimental and talented, Lynda hopes to develop her dramatic ability in college. Horses, Joan Baez, Frank Sinatra, Picasso, and naturally, the theater, arc her favorites. Lynda has served as a twirlcr. Cohen, Natalie I. Natalie (alias Frenchy) wants only three things out of life: health, happiness, and money. Although she hopes to become either a beautician or waitress in September, her long range plans arc marriage and keeping her husband happy. Dancing, driving, folk singing, Johnny Mathis, and boys arc favorite outside interests. Gogan, Jesse The Honest Abe type, Jesse plans to become an accountant after four years at Upsala. He has been a valuable member of the office staff as well as chairman of several of his classes. His free time in Wccquahic was spent on Sagamore duty; he enjoys eating steak and participating in a variety of sports. Coiin, Hari.ee Sharon Tabbed Harlikins by her friends, Harlec is an all around type, who enjoys bowling, horse back riding, Frank Sinatra records, Italian food, and good clothes. Although she will be content in the role of wife and mother, her post-high school plans include attending the IBM. school. She is looking forward to a cruise to Nassua and the Bahamas in the immediate future. Conroe, Frank When it comes to buying sports tickets in homeroom, Frankie's the boy to see. Outside of school, he has worked in his father’s business, and as a hotel bus boy. When not busy, Frank enjoys scuba-diving, a good game of bowling, or touch football. In September, Frankie wants to attend Rutgers, Newark. Cooper, Vera Lavina Little Be Bow ' has rhythm in her blood. Popular dancing and listening to all kinds of music are both pastimes that Vera enjoys thoroughly. Vera, a girl who gets along with everybody, plans to attend a business or a secretarial college in the fall. This continuation of her formal education will enable her to become the secretary she has always wanted to be. About her planned career Vera says, Well, it’s all right! Cromartie, Anthony James A avid sports enthusiast, Tony has not resigned himself to being just a spectator, but rather is an active member of both the track and soccer teams. Planning to attend college, he wants to enter the field of medical technology. D’Auria, Robert S. The ''formidable” Mr. D. is crazy about cars and guitars. Anytime Rob is in his own Chevy, he’s in another world. Aside from cruising around for enjoyment, Robert drives a panel truck for Shuster s Drug Store, proving that having a license is both profitable and pleasurable. Rob enjoys the top hits of the day, dating and auto clubs. Davidovic, Cynthia For enjoyment, Cindy bowls, dances, listens to music, and eats potato pancakes. On the serious side, she likes art, sewing, and reading Rebecca and the Good Earth. Cindy plans to go on to college and become a dental hygienist. Davidson, Elizabeth Ann A member of the National and Spanish Honor Societies, and the Legend staff, Betsy is always busy. During past summers, she has worked at several camps in the Catskills. A quiet girl who enjoys all kinds of music, she also enjoys food and reading. In the future, Betsy dreams of traveling through every country in the world, but more realistically is planning for a career in social work. DeLeon, Judi M. Essex County Adult Vocational School is where Judi's headed. But no matter what job she prepares for, her main job in the future will be keeping her husband and four children happy. An active Wccquahicitc, Judi has been O.B A. and Calumet agent. Bowling, movies, Chinese food, and Keane are among her favorites. Dei.i.iSante, Richard S. Sometimes called Delli by his friends. Richard is an industrious and religious boy who wishes to become a clergyman. After college, he plans to enter the General Theological Seminary. An avid fencing enthusiast, Richie has noth participated in and watched this sport. 10
