VARIETY SsSHurovqw The annual Variety Show of Tebster Junior High wens on as scheculed the 17th and 1°th of Oct. Thore were 15 acts, the first being the Jr. High and Reginner bands marching. Inmediately folloring the schools drum rajor apneared mith the 7th and 8th srade sweater girls. Next all girls of the P.F. Classes did rass- ed exercises. In the IV act sove of the 7th aid Sth grede boys did s tramroline act. Following is, the 7th grade girls chorus singing Then Irish Eyes Are Smiling , I'm Looking Over 4 Four Leaf Clover, The next act featured the same chorus singing Hail J Hail! The Gangs All Here , For He's a Jolly Good Fellow , and Anld Lane Syne , with the 7th and 8th grade cheer leaders and the Jr. Ei. Varsity Basketball Team. In act VII, the Jr. Hi. twirlers nerforned, with solo by the drum major. Next, the 7th and Sth grade boys tumbled. Followed by the Sth grace chorus sing- ing Long Long Trail , ard Hallelujah , A square dance by the 7th grade boys and girls was then enacted. Pait of the Sth grade chorus sang three eélections Avalon , Baby Face and . Bye, Bye Blackbirds? The 7th and Sth grade boys built a pyramid. Then the Sth grade girls chorus sang April Showers , In the last act the oth grade boys an girls, with music by the combo waltzed. The finale starred all students of the Jr. Hi., filing into the gym singing Smiles . The teachers then put on a fashion parade of the years between 1290-1956, Ending with Elvis Presley. This, brought on the Rock and Roll girls. Then, Studerts and Faculty sang Thanks for the Memories as the teachers left the gym. The students then left the cym ina foursome while the band nlayed I Love A Parade ,
