WESTERN MAINE MUSIC FESTIVAL This year the Western Maine Music Festival took place in Portland, Maine. The Webster Junior High School Band was assigned to Lyman Moore Junior High School for its audition. Selections for the audition were the following: I. The Thunderer Sousa 2. Mississippi Suite Grofe 3. Pacific Grandeur Olivadoti After a lunch at the school the band was taken to Pitt Street for parade formation. After the parade the band dispersed. Later the members enioyed supper at Cole Farms. Band Director Mr. Armstrong, Mrs. Armstrong, Mr. Alden, and Mr. Diehl accompanied the group,
