MR. ROBERT L. THOMAS On the desk of Mr. Robert L. Thomas, principal of the Webster Central School District, as on the drawing board of a top-flight designer, all the plans for a greater Webster Central School system have taken shape. Under his direction these dreams have become realities for the students of this district. This type of vision, so important to the welfare of a school system, is combined in Mr. Thomas with personal qualities which have endeared him to both students and teachers. His quiet dignity, his genuine interest in each of us, and his devotion to the highest educational goals are typical of his Forward Look . HDMINISTRHTIDN MR. HERBERT W. SCHROEDER Mr. Herbert W. Schroeder, assistant princi- pal of the Webster Central School District, is new to this system. In the brief time we have known him we have come to feel that he is also a man with a Forward Look , treasuring what' is worthwhile of the traditional while adopting what is valid of the new. MR. RALPH W. MARTIN As the launching date approaches and ac- tivity at all levels is intensified, many problems arise. In the manner of an expert trouble- shooter, Mr. Ralph Martin, principal of the high school, gives these matters his calm atten- tion. Such is his ability and understanding that the difficulties are soon overcome and the space ship ready for her upward thrust.
