'l'o encourage a spirit of cooperation and democracy the school has its council of representatives of all the organized groups of the student hody. To these worthy students falls the task of appointing committees, passing bills, granting charters to new clulws and supervising all student activities. During the past year the group has worked diligently to forward the interests and wishes of the student liod y as a whole.
