This dam, when completed at a cost of 5B3,000,000, will store about 38,000 acre feet of water and form a lake covering about 2,000 acres of land. The water will be carried in a North high-line canal from Ogden Canyon to Brigham City and in a South high-line canal from Ogden Canyon to Weber Canyon making it possible to productively cultivate much land which has been un- productive waste land. Much of the water will be distributed over the county through the present canal systems.
