Dr. Quinn G. McKay joined the Weber State faculty in 1965 as a Professor of Business Management. He gradu- ated from the Brigham Young Univer- sity as an accounting major. His Doc- torate of Business Management de- gree was earned in 1960 at Harvard University. From 1956-1958 Dr. Mc- Kay was research advisor for the Ford Foundation at the University of Ran- goon, Rangoon, Burma. DEAN OF LARGEST SCHOOL Dr. Dcllo G. Dayton served as the Dean of the School of Arts, Letters, and Sciences. As Dean of tho School, he was responsible for the faculty and students of the former Departments of Life Science, Physi- cal Sciences, Social Science, and Hu- manities. Dr. Dayton graduated from Utah State University. He earned his advanced degrees at the University of California at Berkeley. Administration 25

DEAN SCHOOL OF EDUCATION Dr. Cased D. Burke received his de- gree as Doctor of Education in 1953 from the University of California. Be- fore Dr. Burke came to Weber Stato Collogo, he held faculty positions at Utah State University, University of California at Berkeley, and the Uni- versity of Teran, Teran, Iran. He is a Professor of Education at WSC and servos as the Dean of tho School of Education. In combination with the former Physical Education Division, Dr. Burke supervised the training of professional oducators.
