He appointed We- ber State College’s Board of Trust- ees. The Trustees make the final de- cisions on any administrative or in- stitutional changes at WSC. Be- cause of their foresight and leader- ship abilities, the Board of Trustees approved the changes which were necessary for the expanded student body and campus. Members of the Board were Clyde L. Miller, William G. Fowler, Ira A. Huggins, Mrs. lu- cile Peterson, O. C. Hammond, J. Francis Fowles, and Frank Francis Jr. Standing are Dr. James R. Foul- ger, Dr. Helmut P. Hofmann, Wayne S. ADMINISTRATIVI VICE PRESIDEN7 Dr. Robert A. Clarke served as the new Administrative Vice President of WSC. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in 1932 and his Masters of Sciences degree in 1933 from Brigham Young University. He was granted his Ph. D. degree in 1937 from the California Institute of Technology. Formerly the Doan of Faculty, Dr. Clarke now is re- sponsible for the administration of Weber State.
