The first week ev-ery girl in school met all the others at a special party and program in the auditorium. The fall quarter Girls' Dance was the next important event on the program. lt was a lovely formal party at the Hotel Ben Lomond. The two outstanding undertakings during the winter quarter were a frolic in the snow, with chili at school after, and the Girls' Dance in the form of a Gay Nineties Party. Every one came in costume. During the spring quarter there was a- hike, the last and most successful formal Girls' Dance, and a beautifully arranged tea for the mothers of Weber students. This program could not have been carried out Without the Willing and cheerful help received from each girl. The officers appreciate the cooperation they received in carrying out their program. ,E . 'Ui 1 Richard Graehl ' President l l Wanda Welling Vice-President LeGrctnd Burton Secretary SOPHOMORE CLASS The Class of l936 has achieved particular success as one of the most active social units on the campus. The Sophomore Outing, held early in the fall quarter, Was most effective in breaking down the cold formalities of social life that sometimes exist at the beginning of a school year and in bringing the student body together as a united group. The dance in the evening was appropriate to a successful day. Again during the winter quarter the class scored with the Winter Carnival and Sophomore l-lop. The l-lop, presided over by Miss Weber, Will be remem- bered by all who were there that evening. And now, at the end of two years at Weber, the Sophomores have do- nated to the school a gift which Will, it is earnestly hoped, long be an emblem of the activity of the Class of '36.
