The officers of the Interact Club Celected at the end of the T5-76 school yearl are Jon Cook, President, Lee Woosley, Vice-President, Billy Ring, Secretar , and Jim Mathes, Treasurer. The club is divided into three se arate groups: Community Relations, Conservation, and Tutorial which are led by Tom Green, Gene Higgins, and Sam Barber, respectively. Community relations concerned itself with various projects in the Bell Buckle community such as raking leaves, giving gifts to disabled veterans, the purchase of a heater for a needy lady, and cleaning up a roadside ark and the downtown area of Bell Buckle. Conservation organized the collaection of aluminum cans and newspapers

The National Honor Society is an organization of outstanding high school students from the sophomore to senior c ass level. Although there are no rigid qualifications for admission into the society, a committee of faculty members selects students on the basis of Scholarship, Leadership, Character, and Service. To be considered for admission, a student should hold a solid B average throughout his high school years, possess qualities of leadership, be honest, responsible, courteous, cooperative, and demonstrate care for fellow students, the school, and the community as a vvhole.
