Treasurer . . . ,Sponsors MISS ALDRIDGE MISS VOSHOLL MISS VOELTZ Jllilnttn What We Are To Be, We Are Now Becoming. junior Qilaszf History HE Junior Class began its second year in the Senior High school with an enrollment of over one hundred members. At the close of this highly successful period the roll numbers 112 Juniors. Some old students have dropped and other .students have entered our classes. Yet, nevertheless, we think that ours is the most successful class to go through the high school. Our class has been the backbone of nearly all the organizations of the school. In the music department are: Bruce Adamson, Edward Carlstead, Dorothy Foster, Dora Dean Gibbons, Wilma Dean Herd, Harry Johns, Juanita Johnson, Melbert Ray King, Jean McAboy, Rosemary Murray, Jeanette Nelson, Jack Newman, Fred Spille, Elva Louise Twitchell, Joan VanHoose, Genevieve Williams, Henry Hulett and many others. In athletics are: Bob Duncan, Ivan Erwin, Homer Knost, Jack Newman, Carrol Parrot, Bud- die Sampson, Kenneth Smith, Bill Swiney, Don Birkes and Clyde Elliott. The Junior members ofthe Drum Corps are: Maxine Cripps, Maxine Carlock, Anita Mae Bair, Cry.stal Hargis, Suzanne Haughawout, Jean McAboy, Virginia Smith, Rosalie Steele, and Nadine Thompson. Much of our success this year has been largely due to our three very capable sponsors: Miss Aldridge, Miss Voeltz and Miss Vosholl. Participating in debate this year are: Clyde Elliott, Bob Myers, and Maxine Cripps. Thus our second year in W.C.H.S. ends only to make a better record in our Senior year. fBruce Adamson.
