fokeiv6w • Not having attempted to produce an annual larger or more elaborate than former ones, but with the idea in mind to edit a book that will contain those incidents that have proved such a joy to us through the past year, we, the staff of the 1934 Mountaineer, present this book to you. • Though the task was hard, and at times seemingly impossible; though many sleepless nights were spent and studies neglected, our labors shall be fully repaid if this book, in the future, brings back the memories of the last year of Weaver College. • With this edition a period in the educational history of our State comes to a close, and it is our earnest hope that Brevard College will carry on the ideals of Weaver and open new fields to the youth of our State.
