ADlVlI ISTR T10 BEACO IJGHT Mr. Norman Newman, Vice-Principal lf the American Dream fails to mate- rialize in this century, it will be because the individual citizens is nor morally re- sponsible for his conduct nor economically responsible for his welfare. SCHO0L B0 RD Weatherwax began its i963- 64 schol year in a state of mass confusion. One entered the doors of Weatherwax to find that he had been displaced all the way up to the Fifth Street entrance of the Miller Building. Students located their classes in tumbling rooms, gymnasiums, and hallways. When October arrived, all were exceedingly happy to move into the luxurious new Phillips Building. During this period, the walls and fixtures were freshly painted and com- munications were nat good, but the students considered it a pleasure to attend classes in the lovely new surroundings. We hope that the new addition will continue to be a joy to Weatherwax students for many years to come, ff Mr. Ben Curran, Principal Education is more than the mere acqui- sition of knowledge. The test of a true education is not so much in the acquiring but in the use of it.
