FORREST WILLEY Superintendent Under the capable direction of our superintendent, Xlr. Forrest L. hViHC-V, school district 284 has made some of its finest progress during the past year. The cmiiplction of this school was the initial step in a building project that will soon rapidly cxpzmcl due to the growing school popu- lution. Despite the numerous dcmzmds mudc on his time as the chief administrator of our school system. Mr. wVich' hzls constantly found the nppm'tunity to personally coni- mcnd those students who hux'c worked so hard; and to encourage those who haw: mct difhcultics in their school life.
