FORREST WILLEY Superintendent Under the capable direction of our superintendent, Xlr. Forrest L. hViHC-V, school district 284 has made some of its finest progress during the past year. 'l'hc climax of zmothcr productive year was thc upcning of the thirty- mnm Oukwond lilcmcntury School. The cmiiplction of this school was the initial step in a building project that will soon rapidly cxpzmcl due to the growing school popu- lution. Despite the numerous dcmzmds mudc on his time as the chief administrator of our school system. Mr. wVich' hzls constantly found the nppm'tunity to personally coni- mcnd those students who hux'c worked so hard; and to encourage those who haw: mct difhcultics in their school life. Xlr. wVilIc-V has also been 11 houstcr 0f quymtuis athletic tunns and students. Xhmy times through our school years he has given inspirational pcp talks! In addition to his many duties at school. XII: wViHc-V is active in Church work. the Rotary club. the LiUlliN club and numerous cmmnunity projects. The school board is charged with the general adminiw tration of attains for our growing school district.
