INTER CHURCH COUNCIL The Inter - Church Council is made up of repre- sentatives from the churches attended by the students of Waynoka High School. The churches that they represent are as follows: Donald Bou- ziden, Catholic; Joe Howell, Methodist; Ann Jeanne Clemans, Congregational; Ayn Bouma, Christian; Pat Andrews, Church of Christ; Lee Bixler, Baptist; Kathy Smith, Assembly of God; Reita Camp, Church of God; Rebecca Johnson, Morning Star Baptist; Mrs. Goranflo, Sponsor. STUDENT COUNCIL First Row left to right; PhilBuckland, Ann Jeanne Clemans, Reva Camp, Joe Howell, Bennie Buckland, Cary Bartlow, Ann Crain, Sharon Kragh, Dick Faurot. Second Row: Sponsor, Mr. Quinlan, Lee Bixler, Diann Bouma, Peggy Howell, Joyce Sharp, Reita Camp, Candy Cook, Francella Criswell, Stanly Mavity. Third Row: Denny Cross, Ronnie Caldwell, R. L. Hanan, Rickey George, and Walter Miller. The main function of the student council is to provide learning experiences for students. Its principal contribution to learning is the development of good citizenship. Some of the projects of the Waynoka Student Council during the last year have been halloween party, home- coming parade, all school formal dance, as well as sponsoring other dances and fund raising activities. The Student Council Officers of 1963-64 were elected during the 62-63 school year. They attended the stu- dent workshop. The President is Bennie Buckland; Vice President Cary Bartlow; Secretary, Reva Camp; Treas- urer, Joe Howell.
