Hanan, Rickey George, and Walter Miller. The main function of the student council is to provide learning experiences for students. Its principal contribution to learning is the development of good citizenship. Some of the projects of the Waynoka Student Council during the last year have been halloween party, home- coming parade, all school formal dance, as well as sponsoring other dances and fund raising activities. The Student Council Officers of 1963-64 were elected during the 62-63 school year. They attended the stu- dent workshop. The President is Bennie Buckland; Vice President Cary Bartlow; Secretary, Reva Camp; Treas- urer, Joe Howell.

Of course the interior decoration is rather poor, and it looks a little sloppy right be- fore a deadline, and teachers in the close vicinity complain of the noise involved in putting an annual to- gether, but it’s OURS, and we like it.
