The science room was moved to the high school building and five new Chemistry lockers ofthe latest type were installed. In addition to the lockers an instructors demonstration desk and a hood which is used to get rid of poisonous fumes was placed in the west end of the laboratory. New chemicals and glassware were purchased so that the thirty--four students who are enrolled are able to do all the experiments which are necessary for a well rounded course in Chemistry. The forty one Biology students make use of this equipment during the periods when the Chemistry students are in other classes. Both classes have two days of laboratory during every week.
