Z' V, 5, REV. JOSHUA LOUGH RAN First president of Waynesburg College was Rev. Loughran, who was part-Scotch, too. He said teaching at Greene Academy was hard but pleasant. After 'I4 years, he was elected President in 1849 when the College was chartered, and remained in that capacity until 1854.
