Seniors — Amy Nance and Doug Sadosuk “gd Bs: % WHS Principal Thomas Muncy, Homecoming King and Queen Doug Sadosuk and Susan Wood, and Crown Bearers Jay Hullett and Claire Covington. This year the WHS Homecoming was on Friday, the nineteenth of October. To get in the mood of Homecoming, the school observed “Spirit Week” which consisted of such activities as “Hat and Button Day”, “Inside-Out Day”, and ‘Purple and Gold Day”. These efforts were rewarded by the Little Giant Football Team as they defeated the Falcons of Central High School. During halftime of the game, Doug Sadosuk and Susan Wood were crowned King and Queen. Festivities concluded the following night with the Homecoming Dance — this year entitled “Almost Paradise.”
