CDUR. EPITAPH Uur class, which will leave the VVaynesboro :Xrea High School in june, began at various schools. Many of our happiest days! were spent in these small groups. but the sixth grade brought together all of the students in Waynesboro with Mont Alto joining us in the ninth grade. Although junior high school gave us a taste of high school life, a large group of students were attending half-day sessions at VVashington Township. .Ns sophomores, the class was finally in its entirety. For officers a repre- sentative from each group was chosen: Ted Mclienzie, presidentg Larry Rojahn, vice-presidentg judie llishop, secretaryg and .lean Duffield, treasurer. During our sophomore year our biggest projects were our class plays: lf Girls .-Xsked Boys for Dates, Hollywood Can XVait, and Once in a lllue Moon. M r. Newman acted as our advisor. For officers during our junior year the class chose Ted Melienzie for president, Larry Rojahn for vice-president, jean Duffield for secretary, and judie Bishop for treasurer. Early in November, 1955. we presented our class plays, The Gentleman Walks Outside, Husbands Are Human, and Step Lively, Please. Our junior-Senior Prom was attractively built around the theme of a Southern Plantation. ' September, IQSG, brought with it the beginning of our senior year. ' The officers were Ronnie Yinson as president, Dan Frankfurter as vice-president, tludie Ilishop as secretary, and jean Duffield as treasurer. ' Many projects were undertaken: the stationery sales, the food sales. the class play, lNlaudie and the Opposite Sex. and the selling of 'doughnuts on Shrove Tuesday. The ,lunior-Senior l'rom, which highlighted our last month in school, renewed many bright memories of last year's prom. L'ommencement and llaccalaureate are here.
