Club is to explore the field of teaching as a career. The club at Waynedale is very fortunate in being able to obtain practical experience frequently by conducting classes both at Waynedale and the surrounding elementary schools when qualified substitutes are not avziilable. The club holds regular monthly meetings during the day, at which time business meetings are held, and various phases of teaching are discussed. There are also three night meetings a year, including the initiation of new members, a Christmas party or dinner, and attendance at a college play or program. Once a year the F.T.A. gives an afternoon tea for the teachers.
