ADMINISTRATION MR MCCOY MR RANDALL MISS BOOT Mr McCoy, supermtendent, lS the Adrmral commandmg the Wayne schools Admlral McCoy was born on a farm ln Vernon County, MISSOUTI 1n 1895 He dmspelled the age old theory about the green farm boy by rece1vmg Ins honorable d1scharge from h1gh school at s1xteen and graduatmg from Wm Iewell College at twenty, W1th a B S degree He also salled through the Un1vers1ty of M1ssour1 commg mto port wrth a B S degree Other travels on the sea of hfe took h1m to Columbra Umversrty, where he recexved an M A de gree and the Umverslty of Mlchlgan During h1s voyage he has developed a great mterest 1n varlous flelds of educatlon, comrnerclal art, hlstory phllosophy, physlcal science, and psychology W1th many act1v1t1es on deck Admiral McCoy leads a varled and mterestmg l1fe Mr Randall, pr1nc1pal, IS v1ce adm1ral He has retalned the pos1t1on for four years Durmg thls t1me he has made many frrends and acqualntances among the student body Vxce adm1ral Randall was born 1n Casnovla 1n 1904 A sheepskm was awarded h1m for a B A degree from Western M1Ch1g'3.H College Later on he re cerved a Master's Degree from Harvard Umverslty As1de from school, he has many other responsibxlxtles He 1S v1ce presldent of the Secondary School Princ1pals Assocxatlon, vrce presldent of the Wayne Klwams Club chalrman of the State Second ary Currlculum Commlttee, and a member of several state commlttees Mlss Boot, asslstant pr1nc1pal, encounters many serxous and drffxcult problems trymg to keep the students on a true course She was born at Albany, Ill1no1s, and recelved a great share of her educat1on 1n ll11no1s After at tendxng lugh school at Fulton, Il11no1s, she went to Northern lll1no1s State Teachers' College and the Umversxty of Illxnoxs, where she was granted her Bachelor of Sclence Degree As Semor Class Sponsor, her largest task t.I'l1S year was helpmg to make thls Spectator a success 4 Q Q 5-as I Sir
