SECOND ROW: Nancy Sheppard, Loretta Damme, Betty Walz, Linda Mau, Joyce Cook, Julie Lamp, Sally Kay, Robe The Wayne High School Choir, under the direction of Miss Jean Austin, zoomed to success early in the year at the Christmas Concert, December 9. Highlights of this concert were: Rockin' All Night, Mary Had A Baby, What Strangers Are These, and Adoramus Te, which was sung in Latin. The District Choral Clinic, held at Oakland, offered an interesting and profitable time. An evening Concert at 8:00 climaxed a six-hour rehearsal day. Seventeen members attended. Outstanding selections from the spring concert were: Down By the Banks of the River, and the .-3 6.-
