Let's turn on the Television and see if we can find some- thing interesting. Over here on Channel l0 we have that well-known news commentator, Robert Carhart. I wonder what he has to say. He's just reading a news flash--Robert Goshorn, the jet car ace, set a new speed record of 1000 m.p.h. Some speed! Let's hear what else Bob- has to say. The well-known French teacher, Margaret Swinney, is returning to this country from Paris tor a short visit. She is teaching French in the University ot Paree where she has won great recognition. Now a word from the world of fashion. The head dress designer oi the Vogue magazine, Betty Mohlielcl, says that skirts will be shorter again this year. The first thing we know, styles will be back to what they were in 1952. The world famous show, Roller Capades is now touring the country, and has been proving very successful. The star of the show is Gladys Ternrne. lt is surprising how people throughout the country have acclaimed the show, SO be sure 10 See .i1-,Whe11.ii...CQmes.tO Your CKY-,NQWL3lhQ.W9llQ,Qf,.SB,QEL -15-
