MATH TEAM As defending State Champions, this year's Math Team has its work cut out for it. The Team is comprised of several new, talented Underclassmen as well as a strong contingent of returning mem- bers. Participating in three leagues, the Mass. Mathematics League, the Great- er Boston Mathematics League, and the New England Mathematics League, the Team hopes to continue its success and once again become State Champs. SADD started two years ago here at Wayland High School to confront and stop the lil killer of teenagers - drink- ing and driving. SADD has held many activities in the past to motivate stu- dents for its cause. The annual SADD day is one such activity, bringing such people as ex-Governor Edward King and Robert Anastas, who helped start the program. The members of SADD also hope to motivate the freshman and sophomore classes in its cause to not only keep the program alive but to also help each student remember its motto: Friends don't let friends drive drunk.
