Wa land Helping Youth The Wayland Helping Youth Club is an organization geared to helping the community. Under the direction of Mr. Frio, the Key Club has completed a suc- cessful Candy Drive for Globe Santa. ln addition, the club provides such ser- vices as shoveling driveways for members of the Wayland community. Business Club The Business Careers Club is the Wayland Chapter of the Office Education Assocation, a nationwide organization dedicated to the im- provement of business skills and helping its members deal with the competitive modern world. The club has sponsored many fundrais- ing events and projects of benefit to the community, such as Candy Sales, Thanksgiving Dav baskets and holiday toy collections, The highlight of the year is the state- wide OEA convention in March. Members compete with students from other chapters in such topics as Typing, Accounting and Shor- thand.
