Missing: Barbara Ives, Mrs. Beatrice Kastenbaum, Mr lay Sylvester l jr ln reaction to the losses which the Wayland High School community suffered last summer, concerned faculty, students. and Wayland residents formed the Death and Dying Commit- tee. Hoping to provide some knowledge about death and grieving, the committee initiated a program dedicated to educating others through frank discussion of death and the ef- fects of loss. As part of this special program, Belmonts Rabbi Earl Grollman addressed an assemblage of high schoolers and administrators, dealing vvith reactions to death.
