Page 24 Roberta Goodman, Sally Jones, Bill Bezdelc, Bob Bauer TI-IE SGP!-ICDMORE CLASS al-IE sophomores, no longer inexperienced freshmen, but not quite upperclassmen, continue along their merry vvay toward the goal ol graduation. Class olticers include Bill Bezdelg president, Roberta Goodman, secretary, and Sally Jones, treasurer. With these three as leaders, the class has grown in number and influence since last year. The class is well represented in the activities ol the school. Several ol their group appear consistently on the honor roll, they have shown their ability on the stage, in the music department and on the athletic Fields. The sophomores gave a roller sl4ating party lor the school in Februaryait was lun vvith music and lood, but their real triumph came alter spring vacation when they presented their gay Hlornadof, They lcept the other classes in suspense lor a vveelc with bright posters and mysterious hints as to the form ol entertainment to he expected. Early arrivals on the latelul night were greeted vvith a blaze ol light and color in the gym. The evening vvas paclcecl with lun and variety. The class succeeded in providing a ditlerent type oi activitywa carnival, circus, Fiesta, or vvhat-have-you party. l.ots oi food, music, Flovvers and lavors made the sophs a social success as hosts. Judging by the progress the class has made in the First hali ol its Wayland lile, vve expect great things oi it during its last hall. K'Watch our dust may well be the sopho- more sloganl
