Ag was not just feeding cows and loading hay. During competition, they had a radio team which performed a show, and they had a quiz team which studied the FFA handbook and took a test. They had many other teams such as parlimentary procedure which specialized in parlimentary rules. The Future Farmers proved that agriculture students had brains as well as the know how to take care of animals. Karen Butner spent time shearing her sheep.
