We senior class members of 1961 are trying in vain to camouflage the gray hairs and expanding waistline. Life contains its trials, but written below is a sketch of our accomplishments. Edward Stuff lately received the Nobel prize for peaceful nuclear advancement, while Mrs. Ed was keeping the children from bothering Daddy. Norman Stringfellow is county agent and his family is very active in the 4-H program of Noble County. Now a U. S. foreign diplomat, the former Ruth Ann ShuU is married to a certain M.D. and is living in South America. One of those guys up north finally took Janet Rigsby to the marryin ' man and now she even runs a little beauty shop on the side. Diana Lower entered the field of matrimony soon after high school. She is active in community affairs, but her specialty is raising a family. Barbara Keefer is a home economics teacher and has the top girls ' 4-H club in the state. Yes, Barb married a fellow from some neighboring town. Superintendent of Art in the Noble County schools is Lee Golden. Earlier, Lee pur- sued architectural drafting work in Chicago. Steve Giant is 2nd Professor of Mathematics at Tri-State. He has married and spends all possible time with his own little family. Besides being a very private secretary to a certain man in her life, Gloria Fulford works in the Noble County S. P. C. A. Gary Franks is the coach of football at Purdue University. Every once in a while Gary brings his family back to visit their friends and relatives in this community. You can see Don Edwards ' work on every side as you drive on our federal highways. Don does professional lettering and designs original cartoons for several big billboard com- panies. Gerald Boyd is playing major league baseball and still trying to decide who he will ask to be his housekeeper when he retires. City Mayor of Wawaka (population 50,000) is Tom Donat, escorting his Hawaiian wife around town in a Modern T. Joyce Eberly is in charge of the Allen County Children ' s Home. It must be quite a substitute for raising your own family. 17 Class Will I, Joyce Eberly, will the brighter side of my school years to my younger brothers and sisters and the rest of my friends still in school. 1, Gerald Boyd, will my 5th period study hall seat to anybody who wants it, and my attitude to get along with the teachers to my brother, Roger, and my weight to Banner Shull. Ed. classes, my ability not to get into trouble to Mike Kendall, my natural curly hair to Rose Shannon, and my weight to Kenny String- fellow. I, Ruth Ann Shull, being of sound (?) mind, here-by will my seat in study hall to anyone that likes to look at the bookcase, my chorus accompanist job to Linda Smoots, my red hair to Martha Mullet, and my grades to my brother. Banner. I, Gloria Fulford, will my seat in 3rd period study hall to any poor soul needing more sleep, and my ability to get along with the teachers to anyone who needs good (????????) grades.
